Swiss Cheese Fondue (non-alcoholic version)

*5 Tips to make the perfect fondue

Baked Brie - preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using any kind of pastry dough (we used a can of Pillsbury 8 oz crescent rolls) unwrap it onto a square and place on a cookie sheet. Place the brie in the middle and wrap the pastry dough around it, leaving the middle slightly open. Put about 1/3 cup preserves (apricot, raspberry, whatever) in the middle on top of the brie. Cook in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. *Since there are enough added flavors, any type of brie will work for this recipe
